In 2008, our company won the bid for Rwanda Electric Power Project. This project is the first EPC project of Holley International and the first project signed by Holley International as a general contractor. It is the first power transmission and transformation project of Chinese-funded company in Rwanda. It is also the first project of Rwanda power transmission and transformation project to adopt Chinese standard for design and construction.
